000 ABNT20 KNHC 131725 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Sun Aug 13 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Eight, located several hundred miles southwest of Bermuda. An area of disturbed weather located to the southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands is associated with a tropical wave. The wave is forecast to merge with a broad area of low pressure located southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands in a day or two.
