TCEQ investigating Thursday's flaring at ExxonMobil refinery

Pat Trahan with ExxonMobil said that this is not a new flare up, but a continuation of the flares that started Thursday. A spokesperson for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality said the matter is still under investigation and it is not yet known if there will be penalties.
