Main responsibilities For our activities in the European Space Agency ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany, we are looking for a TransitionProject Manager for a 3 6 months fixedterm contract. The Key Person will be responsible of the following Review, update and maintain the transition plan and other associated plans for the project Extract requirementsdeliverables from the statement of work, the ITT and our proposal Manage delivery of the project and work with the contract management team to ensure sufficient resources for the project Ensure the project delivers the required benefits on time and on target, meeting quality requirements Develop and maintain communication at all levels across the contractcustomer Design, organise and facilitate change activity with staff at all levels and customer involvement Develop and maintain realistic quality and risk plans Capture lessons learnt Create weekly and monthly status reports for the customer Facilitate and lead weeklymonthly and adhoc meetings with the customer and internal stakeholders. Your Job The ManagerSenior Manager, Spectrum Monitoring Systems is responsible for leading a team in the design, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SESs Global Carrier Monitoring System CSM. The incumbent will participate in specifying the requirements for future operational systems, lead the development of operational and system requirements, liaise with vendors and SES Technology teams for maintenance and upgrades, coordinating site installation and testing as required.
