Key areas of responsibility include Team Management Effectively managing the current team of 8 highly skilled and experienced test engineers, recruitment of new team members and continual development and mentoring of the team whilst building a great team culture Test Operations Scheduling and undertaking test operations to ensure activities meet current company deadlines and milestones Test Facility Plan facility test activities with Test Facility Manager and ensuring facilities meet test requirements and test schedules.
