Our German subsidiary ACSD provides consultancy service at EUMETSAT Darmstadt. Selected candidate will sign permanent full time contract and work at EUM premises. For our activities in Germany, we are looking for a person to provide SAP System Administration and Authorisation Management Consultancy Support. TASKS Provide System Administration support, mostly SAP Authorization Management, including user management, role management, as well as running transports, upon request from the SAP Key User Group. The detailed tasks include Authorisation and User Management Develop and maintain authorisation profiles and roles Design, implementation and functionality check of the basis administration roles Definition of users and authorisations including SAP delivered users SAP, DDIC etc. all clients except 000 Createmaintain users and their access rights in development and test environments Maintain assignment of users to roles prod, test, dev. Unlock users in SAP system, if needed Support the process of preparation of Yearly System Licence Report Licence Audit prep. and prepare the licence reports, on demand System Administration Liaise and coordinate the system related changes with SAP Supply Manager and external Hosting Partner, and EUMETSAT , Define, create, document and execute regular SAP System Administration Tasks daily, weekly, monthly checks as well as SAP Procedures for specific activities Analyze and clean up update terminations Analyze and clean up lock entries Schedule, check, monitor, restart, troubleshoot and maintain application batch jobs Carry out transport requests Apply SAP Notes to SAP Hosted Software system non Basis Define and perform the postcopy tasks after system copy Maintain LDAP Configuration Monitor System Performance and liaise with Supply Manager and Hosting Partner to improve the performance, when necessary Update EUMETSAT Documentation Maintain and document the yearly SAP Licence Audit Management Process Monitor the scheduled jobs and take the corrective actions when necessary Monitor and administrate SAP BW Process Chains and take the necessary actions to correct the data loads Portal Administration Manage users and their roles in Test and Production Portal Create and maintain Portal Roles and support Portal Content Development Administrate Universal Worklist SAP Workflow Administration Monitor and administrate SAP Workflow Support daytoday operation of the EUMETSAT SAP Systems Providing SAP application support to EUMETSAT endusers in the use of the SAP ERP and BI Reporting system. This comprises navigation, functional support, particularly in the SAP Access, Authorization, User Management and System Related problems. Providing root cause analysis and reporting for end user requests and problems reported for example via IT Service desk, also in cooperation with Key users and SAP expert Consultants, user error, client setup, SAP Bugs, Customisation errors, missing authorisations etc., plus incident resolution in case of direct enduser support, Triggering problem bugs resolution and communication of all details necessary for effective resolution by SAP expert consulting or SAP global support, including timely followup Facilitate and coordinate the SAP system change management process. The role is instrumental in helping to control the SAP Change Management Process and includes the following tasks, as a minimum Continuous and uptodate monitoringfollowup, tracking and documentation of bugs and enhancement until closure. Continuous and uptodate monitoringfollowup of the system transport requests provided for system changes Initiating and coordinating the system change management process by providing and collecting change details and creatingissuing the related change management forms for the changes to the system functionality, Identifying testing, documentation, training materials, etc. that may be affected by system changes and following up the implementation of the required changes in a timely manner. EU national or valid work permit for Germany CV in Europass format SKILLS Proven experience and knowledge in providing SAP System Administration Support for SAP ERP, BW and NetWeaver Systems, Proven experience and knowledge in providing SAP Authorisation Management Support for SAP ERP and BW Systems, Proven experience and Knowledge of SAP Business Objects Administration, Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Microsoft Word. Able to work effectively in English In addition to the above, the following will be considered as advantageous Knowledge of SAP Portal Administration, Basic understanding of SAP workflow concept and models and the ability to review and trace workflow logs and errors. Basic understanding of SAP reporting concept, preferably with SAP Business Intelligence, Basic understanding of ABAP programming language Experience of working in a public sector organisation comparable to EUMETSAT. Knowledge of incident and change management fundamentals and principles, preferably having used processes conforming to the ITIL standard for IT Service Management.
