As a member of the Computer Systems Management CSM team, the key person will provide support to the development and maintenance of the TCE Technical Computing Environment. Tasks The duties range from the support to the operation of the TCE, to the analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of distributed hardware and system software platforms. The experience should have been made in an operational or production environment, characterised by custom applications in addition to standard software, running both on the client and server side, and by high availability requirements. The key person shall have an expert knowledge and a significant work experience of the UNIX operating systems, and should be familiar, to the extent required by the performance of the above tasks. Extensive knowledge of modern software engineering as well as practical experience in realtime software systems is required. Knowledge of spacecraft systems engineering andor experience in the development, qualification of launchers and possibly operations of launch systems would be an advantage.
