JOB DESCRIPTION The facilities within ESTRACK require operations engineering services as provided by Ground Operations Engineers GOE assigned to a set of missions. Ground Operations Engineers are responsible for providing the ops engineering services required for their missions during preparation and execution phase. During the routine phase, they are the first level of escalation of services provided by the Network Operations Centre NOC. Their typical counterparts on the side of ESA missions are Analysts and Spacecraft Operations Engineers. The GOE services are defined below.
