The Senior Market Business Analyst plays a significant role in conducting studies that ensure SES understands market conditions and uses data to deliver insight and competitive advantage to our customers. The role requires a strong background in market research, the experience of managing studies of significant scale, the capability to deliver compelling analysis and present to Senior Management both internally and externally to customers from across the world. The candidate must drive projects forwards and gather support both internally and from market partners. As an important budget and data owner, a familiarity with CRM and Finance systems and processes is essential. In addition, the Senior Market Business Analyst turns analysis into business and product improvements and is a driver for change and innovation within SES. Responsibilities Conduct primary market, customer and competitor research in key markets and business verticals around the globe, working with leading external institutes Manage internal input to questionnaires design and desired outcomes For customer studies, gather contact list from various SES departments and use CRM for segmentation and clustering Efficiently manage market research institutes within budget and SESs financial policies Project manage effectively to ensure studies are delivered within agreed time frame Lead the internal and external communication of the results to Senior Management, Employees, Investors, Customers, Press and Market Partners, using a variety of online and offline communication tools.
