Package description Highly competitive salary Corporate Benefits Package Relocation Assistance if applicable Further information available from the Serco Europe Recruitment Team Main responsibilities The primary areas of responsibility for this position are the Guidance, Navigation Control, Propulsion subsystems and Payload, the setup and configuration of the Mission Planning System for routine operations and the support to the SOM in the Egress Operations planning and Ground Segment System Test and Validation. The support will initially be provided to the ExoMars RSP mission within the Solar and Planetary Missions family but with the possibility of supporting other missions within this family. You have experience with ISO, Software development, and Space and Ground System engineering processes and standards. You have experience in Model Based System engineering methods, techniques and tools. You have experience in the use of modelling and design tools in support of architectural design activities e.g. CORE. The following skills would be highly desirable You have experience with definition, management and traceability of requirements structure with the support of dedicated tools e.g. DOORS You have a good knowledge of at least 2 of the following and an overview of the others Networking Communications, Ground Stations, Near RealTime Data Processing, Monitoring and control of satellites, Monitoring and control of ground systems You have experience in data communication networks and protocols.
