Execution and coordination of software verification and nonregression testing campaigns. This activity includes preparation of test data, rwming the test procedures on the target system, generation of test reports, analysis of results and troubleshooting of problems. Software user support software support to the endusers of the application software. Ensure operations continuity by provision of oncall services and software support to operations. Training prepare and provide training covering usage and maintenance aspects of the application software. Documentation generation and updates of technical documents. Meeting participation participation to technical, progress and team meetings as needed and requested. Routine reporting preparation and production of routine reports as necessary. Technical point of contact for maintenance contractors acting as point of contact with the contractor for technical discussions, review of technical documentation from the contractor, organizing periodical technical meetings with the contractor. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree in a relevant engineering discipline with skills and experience in software maintenance, evolution and testing Minimum 5 years experience in software maintenance and evolution of Satellite Mission Control Systems based on MICONYS software suite from ESAESOC. In particular experience in all the following MICONYS components is considered mandatory SCOS2000, SLE API, F ARC, PARC and NIS. Knowledge and understanding with actual working experience of space related standards ECSS and CCSDS concerning spacetoground interfaces and applicable to Satellite Mission Control Systems such as ECSS Packet Utilisation Standard PUS, CCSDS Space Packet Protocol SPP and CCSDS Space Link Extension Protocol SLE. Extensive experience in the full cycle of development of application software, preferably for Satellite Mission Control Systems, following formal software engineering processes.
