For our activities in ESTEC, we are currently looking for a Communication in LD HR Marketing Consultant. Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following tasks responsibilities Reporting and Communication in LD Reporting on the LD activities, including the preparation and publication of Annual Training Plans and Annual Training Reports Intranet contents update Preparing LD internal communicationannouncements Supporting Takeup Duty newcomers briefing presentations. HR Marketing HR Marketing Events Scheduling and organization of job fairs, international days and roadshows e.g. BDLI DLR Research and evaluation of Universities, academic institutions which guarantee ESA the best exposure to potential job candidates, i.e. YGT, RF, VN applicants Research of ESA job family profiles matching the expectations of particular target audiences at job fairs, and invitation of the relevant ESA colleagues to job fairs. Communication Content research, generation, layout and maintenance check of ESA HR recruitment marketing materials e.g. brochures, give aways, presentations etc. Supply of marketing material and content to ESA staff for external presentations Interface with HR internal communication Writing and editing of various sorts of career articles for magazines, newspapers, etc. Setup and maintenance of dedicated mailing lists for dissemination of HR information e.g. delegations, job boards, academic institutions, students, graduates in Member States. Reporting Statistics Commissioning, analysis and content exploitation of employer branding studies Independent research and monitoring of job market trends pay scales of ESA competitors for young talents, job expectations of young graduates, external job advertisement boards, ESA ranking in international employer market Monitoring of the list of ESA underrepresented member states and alignment of the HR recruitment marketing and communication strategy with this data Analysis of price value ratio of ESA HR recruitment marketing and communication activities HR Marketing annual report. Job Fair Attendance Interface with and external supplier CS Consulting for preparation, attendance and followup of job fairs related activities registration of attendance, liaison with organizers, organization of dispatch of job fair material, maintenance of job fair material, provision of postfair statistical information For Scandinavia, new ESA Member States, CH, B, LUX attendance of job fairs and delivery of presentations. Requirements You should bring a Master Degree in a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Furthermore the following competencies are essential Experience in HR and in communication Good communication skills writing skills in particular Good knowledge of ESA organisational structure Good knowledge of ESA programmes and missions Able to take responsibilities and work in an autonomous way Good analytical skills Capacity to identify priority actions Excellent organization skills Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment Fluent in English, French.
