Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree in Engineering. Experience in space operations. Knowledge of the International Space Station Programme. Robotics engineering knowledge. System and Software engineering experience. Capability to work in a team with other ESA organizations as well as with external partners. Candidates should be rigorous, have good communication skills and be able to transfer technical knowhow in a clear and concise manner. The test engineer will be under the functional responsibility of the head of the service and will primarily have the following tasks Generation of the test plans. Generation of Quality related test procedures. Analysis of test results, formatting, interpretation and generation of test reports. Highlight important points to the test bench responsible and propose improvements. Prepare and manage internal and or external testing activities logistics, procurement, planning and monitoring. Participate to NRB NonConformance Review Board. Participate to ground systems design reviews. Validate test configurations ready to start reviews. Complete test execution documentation traceability. Participate, with the IT manager, to the preparation of operating budgets and investments.
