Space Applications Services is a growing company recruiting a Software Engineer with industrial experience in embedded software, to work for its Systems and Ground Segment Department on research and development projects related to manned spacecraft for the European Space Agency, National Space Agencies and Spacecraft Integrators. Tasks and Responsibilities You will join the Avionics and Embedded System team whose activities cover the complete system and software development lifecycle for a number of projects. You will carry out project work by contributing with project teams in the development of software solutions for spacecraft onboard critical functions following engineering standards and best practices. You will develop software specifications, design documents, and performance assessments as required by the projects. You will interface with the Customers as necessary on technical topics. You will contribute to preproject activities by participating to technical proposals by bringing your specific knowledge and capabilities to the benefit of the team.
