406 ABNT20 KNHC 160531 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Sun Sep 16 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Florence, located inland over eastern South Carolina, on Tropical Storm Helene, located about 200 miles north of the central Azores, and on Tropical Storm Joyce, located about 700 miles west-southwest of the Azores. A broad area of low pressure associated with the remnants of Isaac, located a couple of hundred miles southeast of Kingston Jamaica, is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Some slow development is possible during the next day or so as it moves west-northwestward toward the northwestern Caribbean sea. Afterward, environmental conditions become less conducive and re-development appears unlikely. The remnants of Issac, now a tropical wave, are located over the central Caribbean Sea. Slow re-development of this system is possible during the next couple of days as it moves west-northwestward into the northwestern Caribbean Sea. After that time, upper-level winds are expected to become less conducive for re-development.
