The Challenge We are looking for an experienced Spacecraft Operations Engineer SOE to be part of the flight operations team based at ESOC in Darmstadt. The position is primarily to support the EarthCARE mission, but with the possibility of supporting other missions within the Earth Observation Missions Division. The primary area of responsibility for this position is onboard Data Handling. On EarthCARE, this includes the On Board Computer, including the Remote Interface Unit and the Mass Memory and Formatting Unit, together with their application software.
