Requeriments Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with relevant experience. Development of reporting dashboards in Tableau. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large complex data sets and have an affinity withmanpower control. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills and be client focused. They should have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player. Experience in creation and development of Tableau dashboards. Familiarity with SAP and the agencys cost model would be a distinct advantage.

Support the execution of the directorates Risk Management process The task covers the operations, maintenance and evolutions of the Documentation Management System DMS, including processes, processes and the use of supporting electronic documentation management tool, for a given projectprogramme or organisational unit. It includes the following typical duties Regular review of the status of documents in the different archives and where appropriate register this information in the DMS database. Document registration, distribution and archiving, as well as provision of reproduction services. Process configuration controlled document changes and of official papers relevant to the activities of the unit. Supporting users for retrieving documents from local DMS, DMSs from external partners andor industry, out of paper archives, other sources like ESTEC library, scanned documents on CDROM or via Internet, etc. Provision of paper copies of electronic documents on request, creation of electronic versions of documents. Management of original files. Related support to project reviews. Support to enhancements of the document management concepts and of future improvements. The above tasks must be implemented in line with applicable configuration management processes and standards and in close collaboration with relevant CM authority. Interfacing with industry for the delivery of documentation integrating documentation in the projects document management system maintaining documentation configuration control and managing access rights ensure compliance with ESA data security regulations support to the planning, preparation, execution and followup of projects activities in terms of schedule, costs and related procurement actions, risk and manpower support supporting the implementation of project control activities, the preparation of related reports and provision of management information as required. The Project Controller will monitor the progress of the ispace Lunar Lander development to ensure that it is completed within the budget and schedule constraints and will generate progress reports to managers and make suggestions for improving project operations. The Spacecraft Project Controller will report to the Vice President of Spacecraft Development. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex system development, qualification and operational efforts, preferably in the aerospace industry. The effort includes all phases of development from design maturation to testing, validation and launch, as well as post flight operations. Position Reference 043 The ExoMars Missions are one of the flagship project of the European Space Agency. Having successfully placed a scientific orbiter around the Red Planet at the end of 2016, the second part of the programme will launch in 2020, in collaboration with our Russian partners, an additional spacecraft composite that will land a complex rover and a scientific platform on the surface of Mars. As such, ExoMars represents Europes most ambitious robotic exploration mission since Rosetta. The two ExoMars missions aim to answer one of the outstanding scientific questions of our time, that of whether life ever existed on and below the surface of Mars. In the process of doing so, ExoMars will also demonstrate new technologies needed to pave the way for a future and even more ambitious Mars Sample Return mission during the next decade. You will be reporting directly to the Head of ExoMars Project Control and will perform a range of Project Control tasks. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Prepare, develop and maintain the ExoMars overall Cost at Completion CAC, financial planning and associated reporting activities. Bring together information on the ExoMars schedule, cost and risks in order to provide to the management an integrated view of the programmatic status of the Project. Review and check the ESA internal expenditures including recharges, support services and purchases for consistency. Support the Risk management process of the Project. Coordinate the Financial, Accounting and Fixed Asset Management activities of the project, and conduct its daily business in a manner that is fully IPSAScompliant, interacting with the Agencys Corporate Finance Division or the External Audit Commission as required.
