A vacancy has arisen for a GNSS Navigation Systems Engineer with Airbus Defence and Space in Portsmouth work within the Earth Observation, Navigation and Science directorate. The role involves working across multiple projects on the architecture and the design of GNSS localization navigation systems. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include a Requirements analysis, b Derivation of system specifications using DOORS, c System and signal simulation in Matlab, d System architecture modeling preferably using Rhapsody, e System and interface design. This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Proven experience in Navigation, Knowledge of Navigation Systems, Familiarity with Test Equipment, incl WF Generators etc., A good understanding of complex systems is essential.
