Spacecraft Operations Engineer for EarthCare Payload

Telespazio VEGA Deutschland has been supporting the European Space Industry for over 30 years, including ESA, DLR, EUMETSAT and CNES. The primary areas of responsibility for this service are the Instrument systems including software but the service provider may be requested to assume the responsibility and perform activities for additional subsystems or systems within the scope of general SOE services, including test, validation and operation of the Mission Control System, Mission Planning System and Simulator. The service provide provider will be primarily assigned to a particular mission within Earth Observation Explorer Mission family but with the possibility of supporting other missions within this family. This is a job for an experienced Engineer. HeShe will be directly located on customer site at ESOC, Darmstadt, Germany. The position is fulltime and permanent. Deadline for submission is 13.09.2016 and expected start date will be earliest ion October 2016.
